We are located on the first floor above pharmacy Apotheek Nootdorp. Our entrance is on the left site of the building.

We don’t accept new patients, but there is temporarily a waiting list. Please contact the assistant for further information if you live in Nootdorp (zipcode 2631 or 2632) and you don’t have a registration with a G.P./Family Doctor in Nootdorp, Ypenburg or Leidschenveen. (015-2579030)

This does not apply to babies who are born while their parents are already our patients, they can be registered immediately. Furthermore, we may allow exceptions in the context of family reunification. In such cases, please contact the assistant.
